Placing an order with “Edie Rocks” :

Welcome to “Edie Rocks”

To place an order please e-mail me your order, include the style name, quantity, size and colour, your preferred delivery method and address.

You will receive an e-mail back to confirm your order with a reference number and final total for your purchase.

Please insure you read the terms and conditions, that’s all of the boring bits, before you place an order!!

DeliveryInformation:

All “Edie Rocks” garments are hand made to order, just for you, in England. Your order will be processed, made up and delivered within three to four weeks after the payment has been received. If your ordering for a special occasion please allow the full amount of time.

Items will be sent by recorded delivery, first class, subject to weight. A signature will be required on delivery.

Or they can be sent by special delivery on request, prices start at £4.60 depending on the weight of your order, a signature will also be required on delivery.

For now “Edie Rocks” can only ship within the U.K. We soon hope to ship world-wide.

“Edie Rocks” can not accept responsibility for loss of packages or products sent back.

If you’re unhappy:

All items are hand made to order, if you’re unsure or require any extra information please don’t hesitate to contact me, I’ll deal with your enquiries as soon as possible.

“Edie Rocks” aims to show and describe all of it’s products as accurately as possible, please be aware colours can be affected by different computer monitors.

Right to cancel, if you wish to cancel your order please do so within 5 days of your initial order.

Unfortunately frilly pants and knickers are non returnable due to hygiene reasons. If something’s wrong please contact me within 10 days of receiving your order. If you do have to return an item please ensure the garment is clean and unworn, with all it’s tags and labels intact to receive a full refund. Refunds will be given once we have received the item back.

The garment is your responsibility until it is received back as are postage costs for the return of any item. Only if the garment is genuinely faulty will postage be paid back for a return.

No warranties are offered on any of the products

Bespoke orders :

If there’s something very special you’d like to create “Edie Rocks” is very interested in working on individual projects, please e-mail your inquiry and I’ll get back to you with a quote and estimated time scale. Serious enquires only please.

Bespoke orders are totally non returnable.
